I'll provide the final figures tomorrow, but currently a rough count of Remax inventory suggests that we've just had the biggest month-on-month increase in unsold property since I started monitoring it back in August. Somerset West and Strand still bulging at the seams, but now Durbanville and Milnerton also swelling hugely.
All those McMansions are finally coming home to roost.
