Hi CT Bubble, just done the stats for the last 30 days, and it's way worse than I thought. 390 more properties for sale in greater CT, by far the highest increase since I started monitoring (September's was previous best, at 328).
Thanks for the info. I'm not suprised by a big rise in September as people try and sell and move during the summer holidays. But if you're seeing big increases afterwards that could be a cause for concern.
