We last saw this house in February 2007. Back then we noticed how it was listed first for R1 800 000 and then R1 600 000. Well it's almost a year later and it's still on sale but the price has dropped another R100 000 to R1 500 000 (a 17% drop from R1 800 000) and I don't think that's going to help much considering the length of time it's been sitting.

Bo-Kaap: After A Year On Sale Another Price Drop
We last saw this house in February 2007. Back then we noticed how it was listed first for R1 800 000 and then R1 600 000.
