Parklands isn't as bad as people make it out to be. Depends on which part of Parklands you live in - some is really nice actually and is well serviced by shops etc. Its only the traffic into town that is the problem. The houses can be nice, especially in the first couple of phases, but some of the complexes are not great and badly built.

Driven past Parklands enough on to know i don't wanna leave the R27 to go in.
