Still crunching the numbers for broader Cape Town on the Remax site, and inventory swelled 5.6 percent from November to December. And there we thought summer was supposed to be a great time for shifting property...
Overall Remax's Cape Town inventory has now increased 39 percent since August.
And let's have a special shout-out to the Strand, for becoming the first area on the website to crack the 600-mark. Yep, 603 properties now for sale in that beautiful Vegas-by-the-sea.
Here's to 2008, the year we can all afford property!
