Come now.... you're missing the point on this one....
Give it 20 years living in the 1 - you'll have saved 5000pm for 20 years.... VS buying - you'll own a property worth some bling.
Apples with apples please... (and no, I'm not punting property.... agree whole-hartdly on 3% rental yields being rather low)
