Hi HTB - are you going to concentrate only on city centre, or will you get a chance to cast your eye on the suburbs, too? Thinking Table View, Southern Suburbs, Somerset West, etc.
And I get the impression the dynamics in wealthy suburbs are really different from how they are in poorer areas. Documenting the contrast would be interesting.
