There is so much wrong with this house it's almost comical. It looks like a poorly constructed water tower.
It is as if the owners wanted to create apartment living but in the form of a house, thereby losing all the positive aspects and rationale behind living in a house.

Um, this house hasn't "crashed" until it sells.
It is R 5 million down SO FAR!
When (and if) it finally closes we can call it a crash - hopefully down R12 million, sold to the crack dealer!
This "house" is worth:
Land value - cost of tearing it down.
Not a bad design for security though (unless spiderman becomes a criminal).
