Lakeside - so windy it reflects in the house prices

and Camps Bay - not as consistently windy as Lakeside, but when it blows it blows harder than anywhere else in 'town

When you stop noticing the wind you know you have become a real Capetonian.

Apparently Noordhoek can get pretty kak. I think it's got to be somewhere where the South Easter hits it directly smack on, maybe Muizemberg, or Misty Cliffs. It could be in an area where it's funneled through, like Woodstock maybe.

Without a doubt Blaauwberg !

Kite Surfer paradise but watch out for the odd gust of wind which will put your ass on the pavement....

Milnerton has been pretty windy lately.

But the same also holds true for pretty much the whole of Blaauberg and Century City fall into the same wind strength category.

Have you tried Stonehurst in Westlake? How can people pay so much money to live in a place where you cannot stay in your garden as a strongmismswiz wind blows all the time
