@Benny

Few articles for you on the warming of some of the other planets...Merry Xmas

Mars ice caps melting.
In 2005 data from NASA's Mars Global Surveyor and Odyssey missions revealed that the carbon dioxide "ice caps" near Mars's south pole had been diminishing for three summers in a row.

CT Bubble, any chance you could block this fruit loop? He hasn't quite understood that this is a blog about PROPERTY PRICES. I'm getting tired of coming here and wading through he-said-she-said twaddle about NASA and black helicopters.

Ag Bean Counter you are probably just sore because I picked out your one dimensional thinking. I mean you seriously told me that the only economic alternatives available to us are to be hunter gatherers or to have capitalism, wow.

As you mentioned before you have a big public profile so I guess one dimensional is all we could actually expect. To me you are the fruit loop, much like most in government with your showers and beetroot.

You always attack people like Peter etc for being Johnny come lately bubble spotters or insular South Africans, imploring CT Bubble to censor them...I thought we had got beyond that old apartheid state of mind. Clearly it lives on in the arrogant bean counting bureaucrat.

And lastly I would like to point out that there have been a couple of compliments posted on the debates that has been stimulated through topics unrelated to the property bubble...actually the only compliments.

ad, can I tell you what is hurting your cause most? The military-industrial complex has fired the first shot by branding your green colleagues as flakes, noisy crackpots and people who didn't get enough hugs as kids. That's what the MIC does and it is very effective (read Foucault on madness, asylums, etc).

Unfortunately your (essential) lobby has failed to understand this, and instead of proving the MIC complex wrong by launching your own platforms for reasoned debate, massive statistical onslaughts and youth-savvy media campaigns, you've resorted in desperation to hijacking blogs like this one. In short, you have proved the MIC's case against you.

As for your attempts to attack me, sorry bud, you're boxing above your weight. You accuse me of "one dimensional thinking" and then in the same breath you imply that because I have a public profile I must be in government and endorse beetroot and showers.

Then you produce the classic indicator of a sub-par thinker: "You always...". People who accuse others of "always" doing things are invariably "always" ignored. Yes, Peter irks me in many ways but at least he comes here to discuss PROPERTY. And as for banning, you are the first poster - or should that be troll? - that I've wanted cut off.

Then you haul off Mediocre Debater Tactic # 2, accusing me of having an apartheid mindset, a pathetically transparent attempt to a) call me a racist reactionary and b) prove yourself to be on the side of the angels. Weak. Fail. Go back to school and read a book.

And for God's sake, please try and discover how you're being used and how the people who are using you are laughing all the way to the bank.

I agree Bean Counter - I have stopped reading his posts - I too am confused as to why exactly he thinks anyone on a property forum is interested in his climate lectures. I am all for slipping interesting snippets into a conversation that might be slightly off subject but could be of interest, but to go into a huge endless rant day after day is pointless ... firstly, no one here is interested so what's the point.

Not that climate change is not a subject worthy of debate ... just not here ... create your own blog buddy and give people a link. If they are interested they will come ...

If he continues, then blocking is a good idea. I am all for free speech but that doesn't mean I welcome spam ... and I am afraid what he is doing to this site is basically spamming it. And if it is left unattended, it could drive regulars away.

Agreed... I just skip past his long-winded posts.
