Any readers out there have any information on what's going on at The Majestic development in Kalk Bay? I checked it out when it was initially built and the prices were horrendous. Looking at the site I linked to it seems there's still plenty stock left to be sold .

I don't have any further information regarding The Majestic,but i completely agree with you.The prices are horrendous!
I live in the Southern Peninsula and occasionally rthe local community newspaper prints the property sales stats as per the deeds office registry.
The last few times these stats were printed, the sales in Kalk Bay show one, maybe two sales per month. The stats does not mention the adress details of the property sold.
The prices are way over the top and you could buy a free standing house just across the road at much better value.
Its a beautiful development but seriously, at those prices, there is no value.
