Does anyone have some information how things are currently going at "The Rockwell"? This building has been discussed several times on this blog. Is everything sold now, I don't see any availabilty on the developpers website? I heard that some buyers are now selling for 30% above the price they paid 2 years ago? Is this true?? Especially with the current market in mind?
As far as I can tell the developer still hasn't sold out and is renting out unsold stock.
