Am I too late? Was wondering if there is any way we can determine the role tenants play in the inflation game...My simple thinking is (not proven) that by renting you have more disposable income and if you're not saving the "saving" (documented in article recently)you are actually driving inflation, right? Home owners currently have much less to no disposable income, thus not driving inflation, unless by adding more debt, in which case you should lose your property! Q2 if renting is so much better, why would anyone ever buy then? and subsequently what will that do to the property market? George
