so there's even room to negotiate down from R2200 a month.

I'm in Joburg. Would be interesting to see what is happening up here. My little investment in Westdene still pulls in way above my minimum repayment. (like R500p/m). Who are these dimwits who bought at those prices in CT without checking rentals first????
