Does anyone out there track the REMAX inventory in the City Bowl? According to PropertyGenie their inventory has grown by nearly 200 properties in the past week alone.
Hi CTB, hmm, that's odd because according to the Remax website there are only 27 properties for sale in the City Bowl, and my own monthly numbers show it's been very stable in the mid-20s for some time.
