I know the property market is volatile and agents will differ on the selling price of a property but R800 000? Really?Leapfrog - R2 950 000.

Either that or there was a massive asking price drop and not everyone was informed.

Ok then! Is there a subdivision being excluded in the one of the asking prices? wtf!
even at R800k less its still way overvalued.
It looks like one of the estate agents is desperate to earn a commission and this is why the low asking price!
