Did anyone go to the June 17 Auction Alliance / ABSA RAP auction? What is the market feeling. I have been notified of a number of properties that didn't get what the clients needed at the auction.
Went to the Claremart Commercial Auction last week. Out of the 21 lots, I reckon about 5 or 6 sold from what prices were bid. However, who knows what happens after the auction. I would love these auction companies to publish what percentage are sold for each auction, guess there's a reason why they don't.
Does anyone have any info on this? I'd be quite interested to see what auction properties are going for. I attended a Sheriff's auction about two weeks ago in Bellville, Welgemoed, I'm told the property was on the market for R2,1M. House was auctioned off for R1,345M.

Is there any "free" resource to see the actual transfer cost of properties?
Lightstone gives a credit for registering, but that allows about one search.
