So let me get this straight, in two years the asking price has declined 40%, from R2 800 000 to R1 720 000, but that's not really an indicator of anything and in another two years the price should have doubled again.

This advert reeks of desperation and must be written by a guy living in fear of the sheriff. If he writes such dumb ads then he deserves to have his property repo'd!
The price of properties will go down a lot but some areas like Tokai where they have good schools and is family orientated, the houses are still selling
