A duplex round the corner from me was on the market for four months. Last week a SOLD sign was on the wall. This week... it's back on sale.

Yup... lots of that going on over here (UK) as credit dries up and chains break down. Don't know if "gazundering" has started in CT yet? (or whether it's legally possible?). Put in an offer, delay for a while and then lower your offer. Nasty, but signs of the times... along with the simultanous "to let or for sale" adverts.
It's happening everywhere, but CT is going to crash hard...

It's happening everywhere, but CT is going to crash hard...
I haven't seen that happening in the northern suburbs yet. Prices are still high in certain areas and the houses are still selling.
