Where do these graphs come from and what do they mean ? I am not sure if they have anything interesting to tell us but I am willing to be educated ... maybe you could talk about them a bit
Every Saturday I use IOL (http://www.iol.co.za) property search and get the results for flats/houses for sale/rent in the Western Cape. It's a totally non-scientific graph and I was hoping to see some trends emerge over a period of time. It's just a lot easier than counting the number of ads in the property supplements every week.
